This organization is amazing! Started by a Chicana 10 years ago, this vegan organization does more than just promote a vegan lifestyle. It also talks about farm worker rights and the rights of those that cultivate the chocolate we love so much. They also have an awesome website that shows you how to make some amazing vegan Mexican recipes, like posole!

When in doubt, check out Minimalist Baker. She has everything on her website, from how to make your own donuts to making delicious 30 minute meals. If you're stuck on what to make, this website will help you out! The best part is most of her recipes are 10 ingredients or less and with no special cooking tools needed.
